Formerly known as Qingshuiyan Boy Scout Camp, it is located at the southwest side of the Bagua Mountain. Changhua county government applied to the Tourism Bureau in 2015 for the plan of “Qingshuizhisen and Happy southeast corner”, and won the 200 million of financial assistance to reconstruct the camp.
The campsite is expected to be completed in 108, with the area of 9 hectares. The plan includes a lawn for big activities, a space by waterside and a playground for market or exhibition. It can provide 233 camping site after the completion and can accommodate up to 1,500 people camping same time for large-scale events.
At the southwest of the campsite, there’s a hot spring which is known as Changhua first spring, with an area of 1 hectare, was built at 2016 by Changhua county government. The hot spring includes two public soup house, four open-air hot spring and restaurant. The hot spring contains sodium bicarbonate and the temperature is about 40 degrees.
